Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the technical direction for the Python and C++ testing ecosystem used across the organization.
  • •Define and drive strategy for the C++ testing ecosystem to improve how developers build, test, and ship software.
  • •Design reusable testing frameworks, libraries, and developer tooling that reduce duplication and raise engineering quality.
  • •Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to deliver fast, actionable feedback and prevent issues from reaching production.
  • •Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions across teams by sharing testing expertise and promoting engineering standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software engineering experience with expert-level C++ skills and experience using Python (or similar) to build developer tooling, automation, and test infrastructure.
  • •Experience designing and maintaining reusable test frameworks or developer tools adopted by multiple engineering teams.
  • •Expertise with C++ testing and mocking frameworks such as GoogleTest, Google Mock, Catch2 (or comparable), plus experience building automation/developer tooling with Python (or similar).
  • •Proficiency with build systems and dependency management tools including Bazel, CMake (or similar).
