WSD Production Supervisor (KSA, SA)

Supervise day-to-day workshop operations in the WSD division, ensuring activities are executed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications and quality standards. Plan and allocate resources, monitor progress, and coordinate construction workflows across formwork, concrete, and masonry activities. Review technical documents, manage equipment usage, maintain production records, enforce HSE procedures through toolbox talks, and coach site teams to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
