Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand dependencies and enablers to prioritize product work.
  • •Run team demos, retrospectives, daily standups, and iteration planning/backlog refinement meetings.
  • •Ensure iteration goals are defined and protect teams from uncontrolled scope creep.
  • •Support the product owner and facilitate PI Planning breakout sessions, setting team goals for PI/iterations.
