Syndicated & Leveraged Finance Associate I/II

Advise and manage leveraged finance activities for corporate and financial sponsor clients, supporting debt raising for acquisitions, refinancing, or restructuring. Contribute to new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution under limited supervision. Draft internal/external documents and marketing materials while coordinating day-to-day with clients, attorneys, investors, and senior professionals, and may mentor analysts or interns across cross-functional groups within CIB.
