Job Summary

Partner with clients in a branch setting to uncover needs, provide guidance, and recommend financial wellness solutions through proactive calling and in-person conversations. Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while building new and existing relationships. Open personal and business accounts, develop referral sources, coordinate with internal partners, and ensure compliant documentation and support for teller and branch operations, including Saturday coverage as directed.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations in person and by phone to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts, including checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Consistently achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals through client conversations and lead sources.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; assist with teller line transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel).
•Ability to interact with clients effectively, including fact-finding questions and overcoming objections (small business experience is preferred).
