•Own and lead a portfolio of highly complex, high-visibility programs, ensuring alignment with strategic customer objectives.

•Proactively coordinate technical milestones and program-level dependencies across multiple engagements.
•Act as the primary lead for complex technical delivery discussions, collaborating with senior managers to ensure momentum.
•Mentor junior TPMs and refine delivery processes to scale Databricks' global impact.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years managing complex technical programs.
•Intermediate technical fluency; 1 Databricks Associate-level Certification required within 6 months of hire.
•PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) required within 6 months of hire.
•AI proficiency; demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into program management workflows.
•Native-level fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
