Key Responsibilities

  • •Own HR operations across the global employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • •Build and improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs that can scale across multiple countries.
  • •Oversee global HR systems, employee records, reporting, and data governance.
  • •Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, employment documentation, and statutory compliance with local partners and EOR providers where applicable.
  • •Ensure HR operations remain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready; improve efficiency through process redesign, automation, and system improvements while leading and developing the HR Operations function.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration.
  • •Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions.
  • •Strong understanding of global HR operations, employment documentation, payroll coordination, HR systems, and compliance.
  • •Experience building and improving HR processes in a fast-growing company.
  • •Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to balance hands-on execution with process improvement.
