Lead, Global HR Operations

Lead HR Operations for BJAK’s global team, owning the operational foundation that keeps HR processes accurate, compliant, and scalable across multiple countries. Build and improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs; oversee HR systems, employee records, reporting, and data governance; and coordinate payroll, benefits administration, employment documentation, and statutory compliance. You’ll also drive efficiency through process redesign and automation while partnering with local partners and EOR providers.
