Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise quality across the full lifecycle of seawater desalination project construction to ensure compliance with standards and company requirements.
  • •Develop quality planning including quality control plans, quality objectives, and inspection schedules.
  • •Supervise quality activities of施工单位 and suppliers via site巡检 and专项检查.
  • •Coordinate third-party testing and supervision/monitoring units to ensure key-node acceptance and documentation closure.
  • •Lead quality issue investigation and defect rectification, including responsibility allocation and RCA; review technical资料 and施工记录 and promote quality standardization and system building.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in civil engineering, electrical engineering, new energy, engineering management, or related fields.
  • •10+ years of engineering quality management experience, including at least 8 years of complete quality management for new energy or large energy projects.
  • •Familiar with end-to-end quality control processes and key quality control points for wind power, solar PV, or large energy projects.
  • •Knowledge of relevant national and industry quality management standards and acceptance requirements.
  • •Ability to build, implement, and supervise quality management systems, manage nonconformance/defect closure with RCA, and coordinate effectively.
