Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with partners to acquire, expand, and retain business clients with treasury management and enterprise payments needs.
  • •Maintain cash management services for existing clients, including upgrades, service-level enhancements, and compliance projects.
  • •Prepare, deliver, and review agreements and adhere to risk policies and ECP risk testing initiatives.
  • •Conduct research to support ongoing client needs and generate cross-sell leads for sales teams and client management initiatives.
  • •Partner with Implementation and CAM teams to manage complex client implementations, including new product setup, Client Service Orders, technical support, training, and ensuring satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree or similar work experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years experience of banking or cash management experience.
  • •Demonstrated success in a customer service environment.
  • •Strong analytical and data mining skills to determine appropriate client needs.
