Job Summary

Own the day-to-day execution of the Agency Investment strategy for export business across Singapore and China. Lead agency-focused sales to deliver revenue targets through negotiating and executing upfront and trading advertising deals. Build and manage senior relationships with agency holding groups, investment heads, and external stakeholders, while developing a go-to-market strategy and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance & Strategy to drive innovation and track performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute agency-focused sales to deliver revenue targets and exceed agency partner expectations.
•Negotiate, manage, and maintain upfront advertising deals, agency trading deals, and major agency-level deals for Netflix Advertising across major Singapore and China agencies.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with agency holding groups and operating company agencies to secure partnerships and increase investment share.
•Develop a high-level sales go-to-market strategy for the overall agency account portfolio.
•Leverage Netflix audience insights and collaborate with internal Sales, Finance & Strategy, Ad Product, and Ad Marketing to drive revenue growth and monitor market trends.

Key Requirements

•At least 9 years of experience in advertising (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
•At least 5 years of experience leading agency sales and negotiations at the group level.
•Deep understanding of Singapore and China outbound agency structures and the needs of agency partners.
•Strong background in branding advertising, trading, negotiation, and advertising deal-making, including actual deal experience in Singapore and China.
•Strong analytical judgment and excellent communication and presentation skills for senior agency stakeholder engagement.
