•Welcome customers and ensure they feel cared for, listened to, and properly advised.
•Offer personalized consultations to visitors based on customer type and products.
•Support store manager and Specialists in daily activities.
•Actively contribute to store objectives (budget and targets) and adapt to strategic changes.
•Organize and manage stock and deliveries and foster team collaboration to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Requirements

•Experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) in retail environments is preferred.
•Good knowledge of the main KPI in retail and ability to work towards store budgets and targets.
•Diploma di scuola superiore (high school diploma) with good English; knowledge of French is a plus.
•Strong teamwork, agility, and flexibility with a results-driven mindset.
•Ability to welcome customers, provide personalized consultations, and maintain stock and store deliveries.
