Job Summary

Lead client onboarding and drive end-to-end implementation projects across the EMEA region. Serve as the primary client point of contact, coordinate with internal teams and technology partners, and establish consistent process and controls. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, run weekly client meetings, oversee system configuration and testing, and ensure escalations are communicated to management. Travel 2–3 days per quarter to support new and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as main point of contact with clients and build relationships with external investment managers and internal implementation, client & data solutions, technology, and product development partners.
•Establish and maintain a consistent implementation process and control framework for the EMEA region, aligning with established North America practices.
•Manage multiple client implementation projects from beginning to end, including transparency into progress and resolving issues before they become roadblocks.
•Facilitate weekly client meetings, including agendas, status reporting, and next steps; ensure all escalations are identified and communicated appropriately.
•Coordinate system configuration and testing as needed, identify bespoke client requests, collaborate across teams for operational readiness, and develop implementation methodology standards, procedures, and templates.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of relevant experience, with at least five years performing project management functions, preferably in financial services.
•Preferably hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
•Demonstrated experience leading teams on complex initiatives.
•B.A. or B.S. degree (or equivalent) required.
•Excellent written and oral communication, analytical and presentation skills; ability to manage deadlines and frequent reprioritization.
