Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a high level of customer service with all customers.
  • •Coordinate and initiate customer dispatch requests and changes with the sales team and other departments.
  • •Coordinate and manage final dispatch responsibilities, scheduling drivers for equipment pickup and delivery.
  • •Monitor drivers’ hours and scheduling to ensure availability for delivery coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain effective oral and written communication with internal and external partners.
