Field Learning Associate Manager

Lead field learning in a HelloFresh fulfillment center by managing the learning needs of employees and improving onboarding and on-the-job training. Serve as the site point of contact, develop Field Learning Specialists and Ops Trainers, partner with local and cross-functional leadership, and oversee training initiatives, compliance records, and the Powered Equipment program. Promote a safety-first culture while analyzing reporting and sharing best practices across the Field Learning network.
