Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform service, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, including screw, scroll, and centrifugal systems.
  • •Conduct chiller start-up, commissioning, performance testing, and system optimization.
  • •Manage on-site execution for data center cooling projects, including planning, installation oversight, and coordination with contractors and OEM teams.
  • •Review technical drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, submittals, and project documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions; submit RCA and 8D reports and attend MOR/QBR meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong expertise with air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, ideally in data center environments.
  • •Deep understanding of refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls, and BMS/EMS integration (including redundancy concepts).
  • •Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issues and use diagnostic tools and software.
  • •Proficiency interpreting wiring diagrams, technical drawings, P&IDs, and OEM manuals.
  • •Knowledge of safety standards and best practices, with strong communication in mission-critical customer environments.
