Key Responsibilities

•Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair.
•Complete large-area heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, to prepare vehicles for customers.
•Carry out required repairs such as stud welding as part of multi-panel bodywork.
•Work in Carvana’s high-tech inspection/reconditioning environment using state-of-the-art tools.
•Follow safety procedures and be available to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
•Experience performing bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding and roof/rocker panel repair.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes in excessive heat/cold conditions while using required safety equipment.
