Senior Software Engineer

Build and scale distributed microservices across core areas of the Compass platform, including search, authorization, and transaction management. Lead design and development of well-tested services that support an industry-leading consumer experience and help grow a scalable brokerage. Partner with engineers to operate in a CI/CD-driven, automated testing/monitoring culture and execute using agile methodologies, while mentoring peers and contributing to high-visibility roadmap work.
