Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the field/project point of contact for SH&E matters.
  • •Identify SH&E requirements and align stakeholder compliance with project and legislative obligations.
  • •Conduct daily visual inspections of contractor activities and report issues/observations via the project reporting system, including follow-up on close-outs.
  • •Review risk mitigation documentation (plans, procedures, Safe Work Method Statements, and Risk Assessments) and verify SH&E requirements in contractors’ method statements and permits to work.
  • •Assist in incident and near-miss investigations, ensuring preventative measures are identified based on worst potential consequences and applied effectively.
