Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of Lean, OpA, ECIS, A3, and DMAIC initiatives in manufacturing and support areas.
  • •Identify opportunities related to performance, process variability, and waste through data collection and analysis.
  • •Follow up on continuous improvement action plans to ensure timely and effective closure.
  • •Maintain and update KPIs, visual dashboards, and performance tracking systems; verify standardized work routines.
  • •Assist structured problem-solving (root cause analysis, corrective action validation) and support kaizen workshops and continuous improvement documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduated in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering).
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or quality.
  • •Experience with ECIS and Lean Six Sigma tools, plus MS Office.
  • •Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
  • •Ability to perform statistical analysis.
