Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of Nuclear design work on projects for public and private sector clients in the UK and overseas.
•Prepare, review, and provide technical assurance of detailed civil engineering designs.
•Provide strategic technical leadership across integrated multi-disciplinary teams delivering high-profile projects.
•Support client engagement, bid preparation, and development of technical proposals.
•Oversee project delivery to ensure programme, quality, safety and client expectations are achieved.

Key Requirements

•Civil/Structural Engineering degree, or equivalent, and Chartered Engineer (CEng) (MICE).
•Expertise in civil engineering with specialist knowledge and track record of delivery on complex projects, preferably in the nuclear sector (new build and decommissioning).
•Ability to provide strategic guidance across a portfolio of projects and programmes and lead in a key engineering area.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage clients and support bids and proposals.
•Full UK driving license and ability to meet UK security clearance requirements.
