Serve American Express Card Members at the Centurion Lounge in IAH by welcoming guests, owning their experience from arrival to resolution, and using a Customer First approach. Key Responsibilities

•Welcome Card Members upon arrival at reception and provide access to the lounge.
•Own the customer experience from beginning to end and apply the Customer First philosophy.
•Create innovative solutions to resolve issues or concerns and win brand loyalty.
•Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations to support members’ needs.
•Provide travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, partnering with lounge food and beverage partners as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 26.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers.
•Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience (travel reservation experience a plus).

•Ability to use the Internet effectively, switch between multiple technology platforms, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
