Job Summary

Own Clio’s Quote-to-Cash systems end to end—administering DealHub CPQ and billing, optimizing Salesforce CPQ configuration, and supporting invoicing and revenue handoffs across Salesforce, NetSuite, and LeapFin. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the hands-on day-to-day owner of DealHub CPQ and billing, including configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
•Own and optimize CPQ configuration (product/pricing setup, quote templates, approvals, discounting logic, renewals/upsells, co-terming, amendments).
•Support billing and invoicing end to end, including the order-to-invoice-to-revenue flow across Salesforce, DealHub, NetSuite, and LeapFin.
•Design, build, and support integrations and automations (e.g., Workato) across the Q2C ecosystem with reliable, observable data flows.
•Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve quoting, billing, and integration issues, and perform QA/UAT to protect revenue-data integrity.

Salary: USD 144,500 - 195,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a complex, highly customized environment.
•3+ years of hands-on CPQ / Quote-to-Cash tooling experience (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Subskribe); DealHub experience is a plus.
•Hands-on experience with modern subscription billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Subskribe) and core billing concepts such as invoicing, proration, co-terming, and revenue-recognition handoffs.
•Demonstrated AI fluency to improve productivity and output quality in a technical or systems role.
•Salesforce Administrator Certification (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
