Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by scheduling labor, materials, and equipment, and monitoring progress to identify risks, delays, and issues.
  • •Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • •Support safety and HSE initiatives, promote safety awareness among teams and subcontractors, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience, with GCC experience as a plus.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials.
  • •Proficiency in project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required for success in the role.
  • •A professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
