Job Summary

Administer and support enterprise network services including LAN/WAN, routing and switching, wireless, VPN, and network security. Monitor network health and respond to incidents, troubleshooting connectivity across offices, data centers, and hosted environments. Coordinate approved changes with telecom providers and TDRA, maintain network diagrams and operational runbooks, and support firewall rule and segmentation activities. Contribute to resilience, failover, and disaster-recovery testing, including on-call coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer LAN, WAN, routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and network-security components within the approved scope.
•Monitor network health, capacity, availability, and respond to alerts, incidents, and performance degradation.
•Troubleshoot connectivity across offices, data centers, hosted environments, and approved external services.
•Coordinate approved changes with telecom providers, TDRA, and other relevant parties.
•Maintain network diagrams, IP plans, configuration baselines, inventories, backups, and operational runbooks.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of enterprise network engineering experience.
•Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, wireless, VPN, firewalls, and network monitoring.
•CCNP (or equivalent) professional-level certification preferred; CCIE is an advantage.
•Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent security platforms preferred.
•Strong incident troubleshooting and technical documentation capability.
