Key Responsibilities

  • •Protect the seller funnel from fraud and abuse by developing and scaling IDV and fraud detection systems.
  • •Balance marketplace growth with trust and safety by preventing bad actors from gaining distribution or abusing incentives.
  • •Build platform intelligence using enrichment data, signals, and predictive LTV models to route sellers to the right onboarding and discovery paths.
  • •Partner with Data Science and Trust teams to design reusable trust/reputation systems, fraud prevention frameworks, and experimentation platforms.
  • •Drive long-term seller success by bucketing sellers by value and risk profile to accelerate high-potential sellers and contain low-quality or fraudulent sellers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent work experience.
