Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Annual Plan and Quarterly Refresh by ensuring WMS artifacts and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and aligned to Enterprise Surveillance Standards.
  • •Design and implement new control testing, including drafting Test of Design and overseeing Control CTC testing development and execution.
  • •Provide oversight and leadership for complex testing reviews; coach team members to meet quality standards, deliverables, and timelines.
  • •Execute peer and tollgate reviews of testing work products, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to methodology and documentation standards (acting leader as assigned).
  • •Coordinate with Growth Surveillance Leaders to deliver strategic initiatives, including process improvements and new/enhanced surveillance/testing approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4+ years in Financial Services specializing in reporting, governance, risk management, audit, compliance, or Growth experience (or 6+ years in lieu of a degree).
  • •2+ years of Audit, Testing, and Surveillance experience.
  • •3+ years in consumer banking laws and regulations.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to apply analytical skills with attention to detail.
