Own the creator strategy for the Mom, Baby and Health category by acquiring, incubating, and nurturing creators to grow content output and earnings. Build monthly and quarterly operating plans, organize online and offline events, and ensure creators understand e-commerce policies. Partner with internal teams, brands, and sellers to execute creator-centric campaigns, manage creator budgets, and coordinate smooth communication and operational delivery using internal creator tools.

•3+ years of experience in community management or influencer management.
