Coordinator Rider On Ground Ops

Coordinate on-ground rider operations to improve performance, compliance, and customer experience. Lead rider recruitment and manage rider rosters, shifts, and off-days across allocated zones. Supervise rider coordinators/captains and oversee onboarding and training schedules with trainers and supervisors. Maintain rider equipment inventory and enforce usage compliance, audit rider appearance and behavior, and implement performance improvement plans for low performers through coaching and warnings.
