Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with Wealth Strategists to support all aspects of the sales process, including prospect identification, fee proposals, and coordination of the broader sales team.
  • •Prepare materials and compile reports for prospect/COI/client meetings and presentations.
  • •Manage documentation for new client onboarding, including legal agreements, correspondence, and trust document review to assess appointment status and discrepancies.
  • •Maintain active prospect files and reminders, track the sales pipeline report, and book new trust and investment business.
  • •Support proactive lead conversion (e.g., DRIP campaign) and respond to prospect/client inquiries via written correspondence and telephone.

Key Requirements
