Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Food Science, Physical Science, Consumer Behavior/Psychology, Industrial Design, or Marketing, with a strong consumer research focus, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience; Master’s with 1 year or PhD may substitute.
  • •Foundational qualitative and quantitative research skills including study design, instrument development, synthesis, and storytelling.
  • •Familiarity with common research, survey/testing, and analysis platforms.
  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication, plus strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving.
