Key Responsibilities

•Develop original campaign and brand concepts that translate strategic direction into clear, compelling creative expressions and deliverables.
•Create and direct visual solutions across a range of channels and formats, including digital, web, social, paid media, video, presentation, lifecycle, events, and other campaign touchpoints.
•Partner closely with creative leaders, writers, designers, motion creatives, video partners, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop integrated creative work.
•Interpret briefs, business goals, audience insights, and campaign strategies into strong conceptual routes and executable creative systems.
•Lead the visual and conceptual development of projects from early exploration through refinement and final production.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in art direction, brand, campaign, advertising, or integrated creative roles.

•Demonstrated strength in both concept development and execution, with a center of gravity in ideas as well as visual craft.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with senior creative leaders, cross-functional partners, and creative peers.
