Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive performance by setting, communicating, and allocating revenue and growth targets across the team.
  • •Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts to the Area Director and Health Executive team.
  • •Lead regular team meetings and one-to-ones, keeping client outcomes at the center.
  • •Ensure consultants meet performance expectations and adhere to Aon UK policies and regulatory requirements.
  • •Collaborate with client and internal leads to uncover opportunities, champion Aon’s propositions, and expand Aon’s footprint.
