Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s Representative and lead piping supervisor activities across the designated project area through construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • •Ensure contractor personnel comply with HSES requirements, site regulations, permit-to-work systems, and client procedures.
  • •Supervise piping construction activities to ensure compliance with Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Monitor safety, quality, progress, and productivity within assigned work areas to achieve project objectives.
  • •Coordinate with contractor supervision, planning engineers, and Construction Engineers to develop and execute daily and weekly work plans; review resources and communicate schedule/material constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of industry experience, including proven experience as a Piping Supervisor on an EPCM project within refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • •Ideally have experience supervising piping fabrication, erection, and construction activities on refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
  • •Proven capability in managing contractors and delivering safe, effective construction execution.
  • •Registered Safety Officer at Supervisor Level.
  • •Strong HSES knowledge, including experience preparing Method Statements, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Risk Assessments.
