Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and restore PLC/HMI/SCADA-controlled equipment across automated material handling and packaging systems.
  • •Use diagnostics and field verification to isolate faults across I/O, sensors, safety devices, and communications, then execute safe recovery actions.
  • •Diagnose electrical and controls failures using schematics and test equipment, including sensors/photo-eyes, safety circuits, relays/contactors, power supplies, and motor starters.
  • •Support VFDs/servo drives and motor control systems by troubleshooting faults and validating parameters/settings.
  • •Perform controls preventive maintenance and troubleshoot scan tunnels/vision systems and automation-to-WMS/WCS interfaces.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; technical certificate or associate degree preferred.
  • •2+ years of experience supporting industrial automation or controls systems.
  • •Working knowledge of PLC systems and the ability to navigate logic for troubleshooting.
  • •Experience troubleshooting HMI alarm/fault diagnostics.
  • •Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
