Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and risk partners to keep transaction processing products efficient, well-documented, and fully supported.
  • •Act as a single point of contact for Product and Risk to support assessments, testing, audits, and regulatory requests.
  • •Drive issue remediation and closure so risks are mitigated and issues are resolved timely.
  • •Develop and maintain formal L2 process documentation, including procedures and process flow diagrams.
  • •Establish and maintain team standard work to ensure a consistent, well-managed support model.

Salary: USD 122,100 - 139,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in process management or risk.
  • •Master’s Degree in business management, process management, project management, risk management, communications, computer science, or information systems.
  • •Lean certification or Six Sigma certification.
  • •At least 5+ years of experience in process management, and at least 5+ years in project management, compliance, or risk management.
