Key Responsibilities

  • •Prospects, interviews, and approval of new appointments to expand GEICO’s agency distribution.
  • •Manage agents within a designated area of responsibility using in-person visits, virtual meetings, phone calls, and email to build relationships, deliver trainings, and manage agency performance. Implements policies and procedures of the agency program.
  • •Takes national strategic initiatives and translates them into local goals and objectives; GAINS commitment and holds agents accountable for execution.
  • •Monitors the performance of agents in relation to goals, procedures, and guidelines.
  • •Counsels agents, and with leadership support, takes disciplinary action of agents up to and including termination when needed.
