Branch Leader I or II Columbia Downtown

Lead all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leadership, coaching, and people management. Grow business development to deliver strong team and individual results, including small business and mass affluent client growth through in-person appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and complete required training. Partner with IRM and operations teams to execute branch engagement routines and strengthen One Team culture.
