Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems, PLC controls, DC drives, motors, relays, switchboards, and pneumatic conveyor equipment.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance by executing PM schedules, inspecting equipment per OSHA guidelines, and using ammeters, meggers, and gauges to prevent downtime.
  • •Read schematics and technical prints to cut/thread electrical conduit, perform complex wiring assignments, and assemble new production line machinery.
  • •Track shift metrics (downtime/breakdowns), maintain repair logs, order replacement parts, and support facility HVAC/plumbing upkeep.
  • •Collaborate with production teams through active communication to support safe, continuous operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade school certification or an Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance (or Journeyman-level equivalent).
  • •3+ years as a Multi-Craft (Electrical & Mechanical) Industrial Maintenance Technician.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated machinery and plant utility systems.
  • •Experience with 3-phase power, control circuits, schematics, and standard diagnostic tools.
  • •Ability to follow OSHA safety standards and lift up to 50 lbs.
