Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact from the Global Value Stream organization for all new facility launches for expansions, major hardware deployments, and site decommissioning activities.
•Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, detailed work breakdown structures, schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
•Coordinate and drive alignment across internal teams (Operations, Tech, Real Estate, HR, Procurement) and external vendors (contractors, suppliers) to meet launch deadlines.
•Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, escalating critical issues to leadership with proposed solutions.
•Oversee the installation and commissioning of material handling equipment, IT infrastructure, and other operational systems in new and existing sites for the Global Value Stream team.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience (5+ years) in high-stakes project management, preferably within logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing environments.
•Demonstrated success in managing large-scale facility launches, capital expenditure projects, or complex hardware/system implementations.
•Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
•Ability to travel frequently (up to 50-75%) to sites during critical project phases.
•Familiarity with automated material handling systems (MHS), conveyor systems, and/or network infrastructure is highly desirable.
