  • •Inspire and develop Team Managers and wider operational teams across remote and hybrid locations.
  • •Deliver operational and telephony KPIs, including capacity and surge planning, and align recruitment/workforce strategies to growth.
  • •Streamline processes from policy inception through claim resolution and use operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • •Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practice through audits and risk mitigation.
