Own monthly close and prepare quarterly/annual reporting for Coinbase’s Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and Broker-Dealer entities. Prepare and file regulatory reporting with the CFTC, NFA, and other regulators, lead internal and external audits, and design internal controls for accounting and compliance. Partner cross-functionally to support new product launches and monitor regulatory capital and liquidity requirements, improving processes through automation and responsible technology use.
