Customer Specialist

Deliver a customer-first experience while guiding buyers and sellers through the used-vehicle journey. In training, you’ll support vehicle sales, appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and service appointment coordination. You’ll conduct vehicle condition and cosmetic inspections, manage inventory check-in and daily scanning, handle transaction paperwork and payment tasks, and help ensure accurate repair order billing—all while following EH&S requirements.
