Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct investigations into incidents of actual and suspected fraud, bribery & corruption, data breaches, and misconduct, including evidence gathering and interviews.
  • •Evaluate findings, perform root-cause analysis, and prepare comprehensive investigation reports with risk mitigation and remedial recommendations.
  • •File required regulatory incident reports (including CBUAE STR or SAR) and respond to requests for additional information within timelines.
  • •Use data analysis and forensic tools and techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and areas of concern.
  • •Collaborate with other bank functions (Internal Audit, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance) and support the execution of Fraud Investigations capability components.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fraud investigations, preferably in the banking sector.
  • •Basic understanding of banking operations.
  • •Working knowledge of law and criminal justice procedures.
  • •Good report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
