Lead a client-focused team to drive branch operations, compliance, and consistent execution of the Branch Playbook. Coach and develop direct reports, manage staffing and schedules, and ensure timely completion of branch tasks. Grow small business relationships through outside calling, retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics while leveraging centers of influence and partner referrals. Oversee regulatory, security, audit procedures, and day-to-day operations to protect customer experience and branch performance goals.
