Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate improvements in yield, quality, and output for DRAM/NAND process and production line within a Central Process Integration module.
  • •Collaborate with multi-functional network teams (PIE, Process & Equipment Engineering, WLR, TD) to craft and analyze process experiments.
  • •Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield, and quality, collecting and interpreting complex data.
  • •Troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems, perform root cause analysis, and work with other process areas to understand and control deviations.
  • •Engage and/or lead cross-area engineering teams to tackle process issues and drive benchmarking/standardization of documented best-known methods.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Materials Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.
