Job Summary

Own end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact talent programs for Datadog’s Engineering org, partnering with People Business Partners and senior leaders. Drive initiatives across leadership capability, career architecture, performance and talent reviews, internal mobility, and succession. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure effectiveness, iterate for impact, and embed scalable programs into core people processes while enabling PBPs with executive-ready tools and narratives.

•Lead the design and delivery of complex talent programs for a major business division such as Engineering.
•Drive talent initiatives across leadership capability, career architecture, performance and talent review evolution, internal mobility, and succession for critical roles.
•Partner with PBPs to frame problems, align senior leaders, and agree program goals, design principles, and success measures.
•Manage programs from concept through implementation, adoption, and iteration while staying hands-on through delivery.
•Collaborate with Enablement, Learning, People Analytics, and People Systems to ensure programs are scalable, measurable, and embedded into core people processes.
