Drive deep client discovery and translate treasury needs into a “To-Be” configuration of Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury). Build and validate SQL-backed data mappings and custom reporting, troubleshoot implementation issues as a Tier 3 point of contact, and ensure smooth migration and system integration from UI to database. Serve as trusted advisory on treasury best practices, modernizing legacy workflows while delivering enablement and training to maximize client ROI.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
•Design the To-Be state for Ripple Treasury configuration, including data migration structural integrity and system integration.
•Create, validate, optimize, and sanity-check complex SQL scripts for data mapping and custom reporting.
•Troubleshoot implementation issues as a Tier 3 point of contact by tracing logic through complex database schemas.
•Provide trusted advisory on treasury best practices and deliver enablement/training to help clients realize maximum ROI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of expert-level SQL proficiency with architectural thinking around relational design and indexing.
•3+ years of client-facing solution consulting or software implementation experience in ERP or SaaS.
•Experience using AI tools to accelerate coding, with strong judgment to debug and refine AI-produced logic.
•Deep knowledge of treasury areas such as cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
•Ability to translate technical concepts (SQL logic and API structures) into CFO-level outcomes (ROI and financial risk mitigation).
