Job Summary

Own the execution of digital NPD programs and projects within the Digital Services team, applying systems engineering to requirements management, system architecture, integration, and verification/validation. Provide technical leadership through system-level design reviews, support lifecycle management post-deployment, and translate customer needs into service solutions. Partner with cross-functional digital teams and connect sales with the iCenter Digital Services team to enable customer discussions.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute NPD deck digital programs and projects using a systems engineering approach across design phase activities.
•Manage requirements definition, breakdown, prioritization, and flow-down; create and maintain requirement and functional design documentation for design reviews.
•Assess new technologies and products for alignment with requirements and design intent; lead system-level design reviews and contribute to program/product line reviews.
•Support system-level verification/validation and testing/performance assessment; manage lifecycle of digital service solutions after deployment and develop action plans to address technical issues.
•Establish stakeholder relationships and collaborate with digital services teams (software, infrastructure, data science, service delivery) to support customer requirements and prepare technical reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 43,600 - 59,400

Key Requirements

•Have a Bachelor/Masters’ degree in Engineering or equivalent.
•Have great knowledge of core IET products and services and proven experience in the OEM Digital Services area.
•Have strong ability to identify goals/objectives and develop plans and strategies.
•Be fluent in English and Italian (oral and written) and hold an EU passport or work permit.
•Comfortable in Agile environments with a problem-solving mindset; knowledge of relevant industry specifications, standards, and regulations; experience with systems engineering methodologies and processes (e.g., INCOSE).
