Commercial Counsel, EMEA

Support the EMEA sales team as a transactional legal partner, leading negotiations and advising on commercial and legal matters. Build and scale Stripe’s commercial legal infrastructure by drafting and maintaining agreements and playbooks, and improving internal processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, privacy, operations, product, tax, and risk, provide training for the Sales team, and serve as an escalation point for outside counsel.
