•Support operation and maintenance across the full O&M software lifecycle: tracking issues, managing trouble tickets, testing, writing test cases, and performance testing.
•Develop and implement ServiceNow UI and application components using JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX, HTML/CSS, Angular (or similar) and ServicePortal.
•Create and maintain integrations and reporting/data flows using Oracle SQL, IBM TM1, and Cognos/IBM SPSS Statistics (including SPSS syntax conversion to Cognos reports).
•Apply accessibility standards and DevSecOps concepts, and support ICD-503 accreditation activities including evidence submission and remediation leadership.

•BA/BS in Information Technology (or related field) or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications/training, or work experience
•Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow O&M software lifecycle activities (trouble tickets, testing, writing test cases, performance testing)
•Demonstrated experience developing UI and application components within ServiceNow using JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX, HTML/CSS, Angular (or similar), including ServicePortal UI development and Update Sets
•Demonstrated experience with Oracle SQL and IBM TM1, plus Cognos/IBM SPSS Statistics (including SPSS syntax to Cognos reports)
